Evangelist Mrs. Ngozi Kelechi-nwaogu. (Victorious Mummy)
Evangelist Ngozi Kelechi-Nwaogu is a devoted Christian, intercessor, and evangelist committed to spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ through social media and various platforms. She is the visionary founder of Victorious Grace Charity Foundation Inc. (VGCF) and the host minister of Victory Upper-Room Prayer Meetings Worldwide, the spiritual engine of VGCF.
Spiritual and Leadership Journey
With a lifelong dedication to service,
she has held numerous leadership roles
in both secular and spiritual spheres.
She began as a Chapel Prefect in
secondary school and later served as
Treasurer of the Federation of Owerri
Students Association (Fedows), Vice
President of the National Association
of Marketing Students – IMSU Chapter,
and Director of Welfare for the
National Association of Nigerian
Female Students – IMSU Chapter.
She
has also served as Treasurer of Owerri
Obinnwanne Association Tri-State of
Delaware Valley, USA (2022–2024) and
International Prayer Director of Women
Aflame Ministries International
(2014–2024). Within the church, she
has been actively involved in prayer
ministry, evangelism, choir
leadership, Sunday school,
women’s ministry, and prophetic
departments.
A passionate intercessor, she is deeply committed to serving God and humanity through prayer, evangelism, and charity. Through divine revelation, she envisioned a world where the needy experience hope and love through acts of kindness, leading her to champion humanitarian and evangelical causes.
Education and Continuous Learning
Evangelist Kelechi-Nwaogu holds a Bachelor of Science degree, a Master of Science degree, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Imo State University Owerri, Wisconsin International University USA, and the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus, respectively.

Evangelist Ngozi Kelechi-Nwaogu is a devoted wife and mother of three biological sons, many adopted children, and numerous spiritual children. Originally from Nigeria, she is now a U.S. citizen residing with her family.
She enjoys singing, dancing, reading, counseling, cooking, family time, and traveling. Her global experiences include pilgrimages to Israel (2015, 2016) and visits to London, Norway (2012), and several other countries, enriching her spiritual and cultural perspectives.
